Free Domestic Shipping/USPS Ground Advantage 

SHIPPING POLICY

Aurora Fragrance Studio ships free within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping Cost

Domestic shipping is free on all orders. Aurora Fragrance Studio does not currently ship internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of receipt. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days of shipment, though delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally 4–8 business days.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to populate on the USPS website.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local USPS. Contact us at info@aurorafragrancestudio.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date if the issue is not resolved.
